Is Peached toilet paper really eco-friendly?
Yep! Every roll is made from 100% recycled paper — no virgin trees harmed. We’re fully biodegradable, plastic-free, and safe for most septic tanks.
Why are the rolls wrapped individually?
To keep them fresh, dry, and hygienic. Bundling six rolls together would mean using thicker paper, which uses the same net amount. It’s either this or plastic — and plastic is a hard no-no for us.
Where is Peached made?
Right now, Peached is made overseas in facilities that specialise in eco-friendly, high-quality production. As we grow, we’re working toward bringing manufacturing home to Australia.

How big are the rolls?
Our rolls are double-length (400 sheets each), 3-ply, and sized 10cm x 10cm per sheet. That’s extra value, fewer swaps, and softer comfort.
Is Peached safe for sensitive skin?
100%! No inks, dyes, or scents. Just clean, soft, strong 3-ply.
Will Peached work with my septic system?
Absolutely. Our paper is biodegradable and plays well with most septic tanks.

Do you offer subscriptions?

How long does shipping take?
Typically 3–7 business days depending on your location in Australia.
What’s a package, anyway?
Weirdly specific question — but a good one! At Peached, a package is just one shippable box of goodness. Basically: we ship based on how much your stuff can squeeze into one box without squishing anything, so we like to keep it efficient (and your TP uncrushed). Still confused? Totally fair. Why do we charge for shipping?
Because teleportation isn’t real (yet).
We know, we wish we could just poof your order onto your doorstep too. But for now, our Peached packages still rely on real humans, trucks, and logistics magic — all of which come with a cost.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return Peached rolls?
If your order isn’t quite right, contact us within 30 days. Products must be “largely unused” (more than 75% intact) to be eligible.
How do refunds work?
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to land.
Community & Impact
Who designed the wrappers?
Our debut artist is Mulganai (Emma Hollingsworth), a proud Kaanju, Kuku Yau and Girramay woman. Her bold, story-rich art celebrates culture and identity — bringing colour and meaning into everyday spaces.
Where do profits go?
50% of Peached profits go to the Tyrone Peachey Foundation, supporting Indigenous-led programs in literacy, youth, culture, and wellbeing.
